Building Regulations West Midlands
Building regulations approval is a legal requirement for most structural building work, separate from planning permission and equally important. Without it, you cannot legally occupy or sell completed works. Our technical team produces a comprehensive drawing package satisfying all requirements of the Building Regulations 2010 (as amended).
We submit to Birmingham City Council Building Control and all West Midlands local authority building control teams, or to an approved inspector of your choice. Our drawings are clear, detailed and contractor-ready.
